so to cheer me up, danna gave me a yummy stroopwafel. and an invite to a fashionshow at the capegrace hotel*

the kommetjie roadtrip was wonderful. everything was so beautiful. wow. awestruck by creation. romantic walk on the beach. built a house with luke. freshly baked scones. supporting andy schleck. B and i found our house. number 64 :) it's perfect*

we watched lawabidingcitizen again. snoekie made delicious brownies. and i wore my sethcohen chrismukkah jersey. everything feels right* perfect timing. perfectly situated. perfect love.

fact of the day: thefuelteam sucks at prank calling. shame.

it seems like everyone went to stellies lastnight. except the cgc crew. and we had a legit time in rondebosch. and you got me to sleep, thank you :) after lastnight, i feel completely sure of who i need to be. -im so excited for august*

upon arrival..*

kristencamden volunteered with opsmile in india. tamlin showed me her blog, nomadic, no wonder why. she hasn't updated it in a year, but her photos and poetry = amazing. i've always wanted to go to india. but this makes me want to go right now. she's living there and volunteering and travelling. it sounds wonderful.

currently wishing: my brother a happy seventeenth. to be at bamboozle. that i could sing like rachel in glee. that teddygeiger would write a song to me.

if i were rich i could fly around the world and spend time with lisa by tomorrow. and then we could go to ireland together. but alas.. this is not so.

and i want the three of us to be reunited. it's not the same without you.. i thought it would be fine. but when thursday night happened.. it wasn't. anyway, if you were here, we would drive around with nowhere to go. and play music really loud. singing along, and missing all the notes. you'd know i wanted to cry. and wait until i did. and then you would give me the best advice. and we would eat random food. which you made while i watched tv :)

i'm in the mood to get away. far away..

the other day we had quite an emotional moment in the car.. realising that both R and D are leaving in january. for super long. to start a new life. with new people. and not us... :( i want to go,too.. i'm going to feel empty without them always near to me... *tear*

only one more real exam and i'm done with learning and school forever. okay not forever. but it's a whole new world after thursday. can't wait :) maybe il take a looooong spontaneous roadtrip. to nowhere in particular. those always turn out well*

i kinda studied today.. and then i got bored and read magazines.. teen vogue and the US seventeen to be specific :) i'm busy planning my potential travels next year. looking up flights from dublin to LAX .. really excited* can't wait to see the ISLC krew again!

listening to lenka :) caught up in the moment.. not the right one, though.. *sigh* i need to focus but it's just not happening. anyway, making plans for Halloween YAY my favourite day of the year, other than my birthday* but i wont be sharing it with u, A, even tho your friend spoke very highly of u last night. i remembered why i changed my mind. perhaps i shall share it with you someday. but u will always be my charles, whether you like it or not :)

hmm.. ooh im gna maybe have some highwaisted skirts made for me today, YAY! and i found a black and white romper i would very much like. and a pair of shoes that make me want to be a lil more windswept, a lil more in trouble.. the good kind* and that is exactly what i will be doing. bc it's just not fun any other way. you are so right, L.

so i just came back from.. wait for it.. a run!!! yes. shocking, i know... *dont tell people*

P just called, from Argentina :) yay* haven't heard his voice in quite a while, twas so good to speak to him.. lol. and he's coming to South AFrica for the 2010 world cup!! as everyone should. YAY*

Listening to The Raveonettes.. right now.. Blush is playing, and i'm loving it :) i actually studied a lil today. i found past exams we'd been given, so i had no excuse not to work. it was kinda helpful..*

I am missing the MTW/ISLC krew.. *moment of heartbreak* we've been inboxing loooong details of our lives on fb. but it's just not the same.. *tear* .. i'm gonna write the postcard soon. i worked out today. (on the practise exam is was doin) that im gonna spend hundreds of Rands on postcards and postage .. but it will be worth it :)
