many things i missed this morning: summers away at the beach with you. perfect birthdays. best friends who can eat as much cake as i can. not having to explain myself, bc you can see it before i even breathe your name. you being here with me.

 

but as the day progressed, so my world improved.

dinner plans with my inspiration. a completely quotable movie. squishy candy. a beautiful day of sunshine. application forms. bonding with my brother. roads lined with greengreen trees. new glee episodes. catchy lovesongs. rubyred nailpolish. driving through the city at night. today was filled with life's little joys*

my heart is smiling, as i drink my delicious hot rooibos tea and tell you i want you to bake me a cake. bc nothing makes me happy like watching the sun sparkle on the sea* that, and having the most incredible friends in the world :)

i cant resist the day*

today, the rain was beautiful. i received magical emails. miss adachi inspired my heart. as she tends to do. i baked. (yes, it was from a 'just add oil/water/eggs' pack. but it was delicious. and it looked edible, which is an accomplishment for me. and candywandy was proud of me, so be nice) and researched more colleges id like to attend.

i wrote happiness. had philosphical discussions. and tb drove me home. we listened to an insane remix of signs. "aaaat your funeral i was sooo upsettt" i am falling inlove with post-bartbass'-death chuck. again. bc he's just so much hotter. oh, i watched the heartbreaking season three finale of greek. and leigh posted a spoiler about chuck.

so i just came back from.. wait for it.. a run!!! yes. shocking, i know... *dont tell people*

P just called, from Argentina :) yay* haven't heard his voice in quite a while, twas so good to speak to him.. lol. and he's coming to South AFrica for the 2010 world cup!! as everyone should. YAY*

Listening to The Raveonettes.. right now.. Blush is playing, and i'm loving it :) i actually studied a lil today. i found past exams we'd been given, so i had no excuse not to work. it was kinda helpful..*

I am missing the MTW/ISLC krew.. *moment of heartbreak* we've been inboxing loooong details of our lives on fb. but it's just not the same.. *tear* .. i'm gonna write the postcard soon. i worked out today. (on the practise exam is was doin) that im gonna spend hundreds of Rands on postcards and postage .. but it will be worth it :)
