the past week has been quite eventful. fashion shows. elite lifestyles. food poisoning. themed parties. subconsious-alerting dreams. long drives home. boys who haven't learnt their lesson. and a girl who wont accept the truth. a twitter reunion. advice from faraway. overrated movies. new tights. hardcore remixes. season finales. profound book ideas. and many many of those 'wow, i have truly incredible friends' moments. so, admidst the heartbreak and despite the confusion.. i know i am blessed. and i am truly thankful*

currently obsessed with indigo. ankle boots. strong coffee. orchids. and 'make you feel my love'.

this. is what i feel like doing right now. it would be perfect :)

i got to chat to andreas this evening :) yay finally! i have missed him. yay and he's home for a week on saturday* this evening we went to the waterfront. i picked out the most gorgeous underwear in the whole wide world. and i listened to my new obssesion over and over. and i had a strange encounter with two men. one sincere, one stupid. i also [ohmygosh] found.. oh let's just say, i touched it and i knew. even my dad sighed a sigh of appreciation. i looked in the mirror and .. i've never experienced it before. it must be love. i honestly feel like i was born for that moment. destiny reigned down upon me. it's.. wow.

i was planning outfits all around the store. ahhh <3

tomorrow, the weekend begins. a whirlwind of bonding it shall be. yet i shan't be receiving smses from victoria. which saddens my heart.

faithful friend*

went for a lovely family lunch today. met su ji. she is wonderful and sweet and im going to tutor her on saturdays now :) also, today i learnt the impact one person can have on others. aunty faith has been the most wonderful friend. a friend who, true to her name, has been unbelievably faithful over the many many (like fifty..) years of friendship with my ma. and she's been a light to my entire family. in ways i cannot even begin to explain, but which were summed up so beautifully this afternoon. and to quote my dad and su ji, "i want a friend like you" .. the power of friendship. true, honest friendship. overflowing with love. it's incredible. wow*

oh these photos were taken in their garden today. theyr kinda cropped randomly bc i made them big, but that's too bad. anyway, i had a good day. it was sunny :) and i got a new bracelet which i got to wear* also, many many sweets were eaten. yay leftover party* more to come about the sweetest sixteenth later!
