rightnow: im listening to theboy by rarariot. (thankyou nylon) aaaaand the only source of joy today (besides snoekie's letter. and mark. and a lovely fire. and an actual sms from victoria. and love from demi. and moments with lisafortuin that only the two of us will ever truly understand. and ephesians 4-5. *OKAY FINE il admit it. today turned out good*) is the possibility of missadachi coming here. ahhh this song makes me miss live music on hot summer evenings. tangerine smoothies. spontaneous roadtrips. cotton dresses in the cool midnight breeze. city lights on the way back home.. and the summer we wore matching bikinis. before all this mess.

karlie is great. -yes another model who im on firstnamebasis with, calm down, jessica smith- and winter has been lovely. but dang... im sick of layering. im sick of coughing. im sick of not being able to see the sky when i wake up. im sick of tights and boots and scarves. im sick of using my electricblanket every night.

i want sunshine. and white cotton dresses. i want to wear my bikini all day. i want to lie on the beach. i want denim shorts and ice-cold smoothies. in other news of the day: i love al jazeera. and orange juice. and custard donuts. candles in teacups. mixtapes made with love. new blog obsession: here comes the sun. today, i really like the names: madison and taylor.

and yes i am complaining. but there's a lot going on in my head, and this is one thing im sure of.

ooh i decided that my new vibe = bright pink lipstick/gloss. all the time. with jeans and a tshirt. wen im dressing up. to a friend's house. partially inspired by taylor momsen. partially bc i found a wonderful colour..im so excited!

yay yay, so cool :) i want to dye my hair dark again. but it magically made itself this random brown, which i quite enjoy when im in the sunlight* so i may hold out on the dye for a lil. it is tempting tho..

black lipstick. could it work in real life, on people who aren't scary emo? hmm. i quite enjoy the really deep purple vibe.. like Lil J near the end of season 2 of gossipgirl. (the day she wore the lacy dress to graduation woopwoop) .. and hello, bright sunglasses, let's be friends :)
